This website (glytphiue.com) is operated by Ningbo Songhang Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (宁波松航塑料制品有限公司), a manufacturer of plastic key tags, plastic hang tags / charms and custom injection-moulded marking products, located at 3F, Office Center, No.28 Yinfu Road, Danxi Street, Xiangshan County, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. 2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you fill in the "Get a Quote" / inquiry / contact form, we collect the fields you submit:
- Contact details: name, company name, phone number / WhatsApp, e-mail address, country;
- Business information: the product you are interested in, quantity, target delivery time, colours / printing requirements and any text description or attachment you upload (e.g. logo artwork);
- The content of your message.
We collect this data only to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if we reach an agreement — to perform the resulting contract.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Like most industrial websites, we record basic technical information about visits in order to understand which products and languages attract buyers:

We do not use this information to identify or profile individual persons, and we never sell it.

These cookies are set by our own server. Accepting them is not a condition for using the website: you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will still display (language selection may reset).
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering a contract (answering an inquiry, issuing a quotation);
- Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and understanding which products interest buyers;
- Art. 6(1)(a) — consent, where you explicitly give it (e.g. ticking the box to agree with this policy before submitting an inquiry, or agreeing to receive follow-up marketing).
Submitting an inquiry is voluntary. If you prefer not to share personal data, you may contact us by any of the channels on the Contact page and we will decide case by case what is needed.
5. How we use and disclose data
- Inquiries are stored in our own website database and copied to our business e-mail mailbox so that our sales team can reply. The mailbox is provided by a professional e-mail service acting as our processor.
- The website files and database are hosted on cloud servers in the People's Republic of China; notification e-mail is relayed through an e-mail delivery service. Where your data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on the standard contractual clauses / the derogation for the performance of a contract and take reasonable technical measures (all traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS).
- We never sell or rent your data. We disclose it only (a) to our employees, freight forwarders, banks, mould (模具) tooling suppliers and raw-material suppliers to the extent necessary to serve you, and (b) when required by law, a court or a competent authority.
6. Retention
- Inquiry / quotation records: up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised;
- Uploaded attachments (logo files, drawings): deleted together with the related inquiry record;
- Technical visit records: aggregated and deleted after 12 months;
- Documents we must keep by law (contracts, invoices, customs and export records): for the period required by PRC accounting and tax rules.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled; administrative access is protected by login, session expiry and restricted network access; uploads are validated for type and size; the database is not publicly reachable. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we review our measures as technology evolves.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). Writing to info@glytphiue.com with the subject "Privacy request" is enough; we answer within 30 days and free of charge. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the data-protection authority of your country.
Because we are a manufacturer serving business customers, we normally do not process data about children; the website is not directed at persons under 16.
9. Third-party links
Pages may link to external sites (e.g. logistics or certification bodies). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their own policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the website.
